No. I can honestly say I do not judge people on how they look. I am not saying this because it sound right. I do however judge people on the feelings I get from them. Those feelings are not normally connected to their looks (piercings, tattoos, etc.).
In my long years on this Earth, I have been connected to people who look vastly different than me and have been wonderful. I have been connected to people who look "perfect or respectable" and are horrible. No one expect a murderer, rapist or thief to look normal, but they do. There are more people who fit into the "normal" class who have bad deeds then those who do not.
it's not a final judgement but your opinion about other people begins to form after you see them. This opinion is based on what you know. It's just a projection of yourself. For example you might see an overweight guy and form an opinion about him that he is a lazy guy who eats too much and can't control his cravings while in fact this guy has an endocrinal disease which led to him having lower metabolism. The opinion you formed reflected your own thoughts which are mostly influenced by dmovies,TV,...etc.
what I think is that you can't escape the first impression that forms upon seeing people but you can be open minded and understanding and avoid being superficial.
