¿Is there somebody bilingual or linguist here?

I want to ask you some questions:

*How did you get learn many languages? 

*How do you studied each one?

*What is your method or tips to study a new one

*What are your tools to study (books, websites, youtube channels, etc)

I know that I'm just learning English but hope someday be bilingual or linguist, although once somebody told me that I was a little old to be bilingual  (I'm 19 XD). Thank you everyone.  :)
