Learning the language of the country you live in...

I just read this article on The Guardian:

In the USA I know that they're very strict on immigrants learning the language and assimilating into the society. Here in Britain we're a lot more relaxed, this has certainly caused some problems, but then in London you can hear more languages being spoken on the street than in any other country in the world...

i think  it dosent matter , hearing  different  languages on the street  sounds so cool!
