<p>That means "That sucks!".
You can use that phrasal when you feel something that is awful, fierce, unbelievable.</p><p>Here are some examples; </p><p>A: I know he won the lottery, but he didn't pay the dinner.
B: 너무하네!</p><p>A: It's ganna be rain this weekend. You know? It's four consecutive weekends.
B: (날씨 참) 너무하네!</p><p>A: Hey, you know where's my pizza?
B: Oh, gosh! Is it yours? I ate all the pizza because I didn't eat anything today, so I was so hungry.
A: 너무하네!</p><p>Does it make sense?</p>
