I have been looking for a language partner for a while, but for some reason, which I do not know, it has been so difficult. I have sent messages to many members but I still not having any answer. I am a serious learner so I hope someone, serious learner too, may start a language exchange with me. I am a Spanish native speaker and I would like to practice English via Skype or Hangouts, only to practice speaking. Of course in exchange I can help with Spanish conversation.

I can understand perfectly. When I started using italki I had the same problem but after some months I found some guys who I could practice English, the sad thing is that we haven't talked with some of them again so, I have to started over, sending messages, wasting time with people who aren't interested in learning or practicing but, be patient! Maybe your case can be easier than mine because you are a man, I say it because find partners for women it's more difficult haha I think you can understand me. I wish the best for you.
