Hi. I do not completely agree.
Of course, time in being Frustrated is always "lost time", when we realize we can only go on.
"We always should be able to face reality with serenity" it sounds very nice and might help in difficoult moments, but actually only some people have this "enviable" attitude towards life; and a "personality" should not be confused with a general human behaviour.
Jesus Christ himself, besides his "special powers", is also said to be angry, suffering and desperate.
As a matter of facts, Frustration is such an important part in Creativity. This will always mark the difference between us and computers.

it is completely true:)No matter how much you earn or how you deal with things rather how much you are satisfied by your deeds.No doubt one may make you smile but it's you who can hold that smile forever. So Peace is something related to our own friendliness with ourselves.So unless you are pleased with yourselves,no one can buy peace for you.So this quote is saying that you are the beacon of your own peace.
