What does this mean?

So, I am reading funny stories from a website, and on one page, I read this introduction:

"Cerita lucu atau humor yang terlalu panjang biasanya malah bikin borring. Udah dibaca panjang-panjang, eh jatuhnya ngga lucu babar blass. Karena itulah disini saya hanya akan memberikan kumpulan cerita lucu pendek. Tapi dijamin lucu dan bergaransi."

I understand most of it but some parts are confusing.  What does the second sentence mean "Udah dibaca panjang-panjang, eh jatuhnya ngga lucu babar blass"?  It seems to be "Already read long, the fall is not funny ??? ???" (I cannot get a good translation for "babar" or "blass" either).

udah is short for "Sudah" = already

babar blass is some nonsense words but usually mean "..totally"  (from Javanese word "blas")

The introduction used lots of slang/very casual colloquial words.  My transalation :

"Funny stories or humors that are too long usually make people bored. After reading them for long time,  turn out that they are not funny at all. That's why here I will only give you a collection of short funny stories. But assured to be funny and guaranteed.
