Need help translating this story.

The following is a funny story in Indonesian, but there are some words/phrases that I don't understand, which I have highlighted:

Kunjungan Ke Rumah Sakit Jiwa: Dalam suatu kunjungan kerja ke sebuah RSJ, Menteri Kesehatan menyempatkan diri berbincang-bincang dengan salah seorang pasien pada RSJ tsb.

Menteri : "Gimana rasanya tinggal disini pak?"

Pasien : "Wah, gimana ya... kaya'nya susah untuk dijelaskan deh pak, mending bapak coba aja sendiri."

Menteri : "Gak bisa dong, masak saya disuruh tinggal disini, saya khan seorang menteri!"

Pasien : "Gak masalah kok pak, saya dulunya juga ngaku-ngaku seorang presiden."

masak :  should be written "masa" = a form of rhetorical question word (similar to : "Really ?")

kok :  originally a form of "why", but in the story used to emphasize.(That's really not a problem...)

#Note : The highlighted parts are mostly colloquial Indonesian so may be difficult for non-native speakers to  comprehend.

menyempatkan diri :  Taking time

berbincang-bincang : Chatting / To chat

tsb : short for "tersebut" = mentioned

kaya'nya :  should be written "kayaknya" = maybe

Visit To A Mental Hospital: In a work visit to a Mental Hospital, Minister of Health took time to chat with one of the patient of that Mental Hospital.

Minister : "How do you feel about staying here Sir?

Patient : "Mm, I don't know what to say..it's just difficult to explain Sir, it's better if you try for yourself."

Minister: "I certainly can't do it, me? staying here? I'm a Minister!"

Patient: "That's really not a problem Sir, I also used to pretend I was a President."
