I would think, after doing a search on Google and reading some blog posts, that for us ordinary folks it's possible to be fluent only in 1-3 languages even though there are exceptions. The polyglots pick up to somewhere around 30 languages plus/minus ten or fifteen. 

Of course not! You can learn as many languages you want as long as you keep using and thinking/speaking in the languages you studied. I too want to speak and learn many languages too. What languages do you want to learn. There is a girl and guy that can speak over 15 languages on YouTube. You should watch them.
