In my case i have started to learn English by playing video games from my child age, specially video games with a real story line. I remember the first StarCraft game had a such amazing story line that it helped me a lot in improving my English vocabulary.

I mostly liked the Protoss race story, they created such a rich and interesting conversations between the Protoss antagonists. I remember that these conversations stayed in my memory for long time as a teenager and even i was using some new vocabulary i had learned from these games in my English exams in high school !
