No, first of all, the question would be "is it RIGHT to say...." And its better to say "Nice to meet you" or "How pleased i am to meet you"

The 'How' is generally not written, but do hear people say:
Happy to meet you.
Glad to meet you.
Good to meet you.
Pleased to meet you.
Stating 'how good (it is) to meet you', generally implies that you have been looking forward to meeting this person. It's a pleasure.
