Do you also have a native language that you speak better than English? If yes, you should show some evidence, maybe by correcting some notebook entries in that language or answering questions. One of the problems with your language partner search is that an average Swedish person probably speaks English better than you, even though they are not native speakers. And they have no idea how good your German or Italian is, so that may be why they don't want to exchange with you. Not to mention,  writing the way you do in a language you call your native will make a bad impression on most people.

Finding a language partner is difficult and it takes time. You have to be patient. But you have made some mistakes when filling in your profile, you probably didn't understand how it should be done. Green bars are for your native language only. You should fix that.
