Have you ever thought that you feel different emotions in different parts of your body, and sensations of different emotions are quite different also?
For example I feel anger as a shield on my chest.
What about you? Where and how do you feel joy, amazement, anger, fear?
Thank you for sharing, Michael!)
It's an interesting overcoming stress technique - instead of showing the emotion (which is not always possible/appropriate) one could feel it. In case of a positive emotion, one could recall the particular sensation in tough times.
I'm trying it, it is worth sharing)
An interesting question I have never thought about .
Probably, I feel anger in my head, joy in my lips, amazement in my eyes and fear in my legs.
