There are 4  learning tips to remember.  They are listening, reading, speaking and writing.  You can master listening if you focus on listening to English speaking people thru media and entertainment and abstain listening the ones of your own language.  You support this with reading English news or articles only as well and abstain again your own language because it can be habit forming.  And if you can get as many friends who speaks fluent English not necessarily native to practice with online or face to face this will greatly help you improve as well. Writing emails in English to all of your English speaking colleagues, friends, acquaintances will definitely speed up your learning as you think of the grammar, building your vocabulary and correct spelling.  A dictionary  and thesaurus should always be handy wherever you go.  You may download this to your phone.  I suggest Mirriam's Webster dictionary to you where you can also listen to the right pronunciation.  And a great skilled online teacher does make a great difference as you get evaluated and corrected for every inch of your mistakes.  I hope this helps. I'd also recommend to read aloud your student's books or newspapers and to chat to yourself at home. Many people don't do it, because they think it is weird, but it is not. I find it very helpful. For example, I watch a movie and then  retell it to myself in the target language. During my retelling I practice speaking and learn new words.

No tips but to practice speaking more often. Yourself is the best language partner to practice English and do not hope someone  else can help you a lot unless you pay.
