1. 집 안에 고양이가 있어요.

2. 고양이는 집 안에 있어요.

Both sentences are correct. The nuance is different.

1. There is a cat in the house.

Unexpected/Unfamiliar situation.

This can be the answer of the question.

집 안에 무엇이 있어요?(What is in the house?)

2. The cat is in the house.

Expected/Familiar situation.

This can be the answer of the question.
