I'm not crazy my mother had me tested I've heard this line from sitcom The Big Bang Theories, is it gramatically correct?

This is normal, grammatically correct English.

"To have somebody do something" = " to get somebody to do something" and that  means to cause somebody to do something.

"Had smb. tested" means to get smb. tested by somebody else. For example, "I had my car repaired" means somebody repaired my car, not me.

It is correct. It means my mother had someone test me.
