Challenge: Stay motivated

Here is my most recent Goal Journal Vlog with vocabulary and expressions. I'm trying to stay motivated in staying on track. It happens to everybody. What do you do when you are lacking motivation?

Being unmotivated and not having so much energy is something very common, even from the beginning of the challenge. In fact, the first weeks can be very tough as you have to integrate your new goals as a routine.

For instance, if you want to start learning a new language, you might have to take some lesson that will modify your schedule and you will need time to adjust your "life" to this new routine (attending lessons twice a week).

Getting up earlier in the morning can also be very difficult at first but once your body gets used to getting up two hours earlier that will become easier.

The same thing would happen when talking about practicing sports for instance. You need to work very hard until you get used to your new routine and keeping this routine will help you achieve your goals in the long term.

Thank you for this new video! It is very easy to learn new expressions and words through them! I think improving English won't be a lofty goal if I keep watching them! ;)

To stay motivated I usually book another lesson from my teachers and push myself to prepare for it, otherwise I would find it waste of my time and money. Or, I take a short break and go out for a while, to the nature.
