Systemic learning the skills to correctly sound out syllable by syllable,  which might cost you only 2 weeks to go through, after that you may check your pronunciation with your knowledge through online connections without too much consult to tutors.  Having said that, pronunciation is a way of expressing your habits so at times it is hard to get rid of without sufficient knowledge and abundant practice, in particular you have a great deal of bad habits to eradicate.
