Well, I can see you're based in Portugal. Brazilian Portuguese differs a lot from the European Portuguese, since the latter has changed a lot throughout history, and the accent is totally different.

There are about 11 million European Portuguese speakers.

There are about 200 million Brazilian Portuguese speakers.
