I will not write about politics here . I do not think that Russians never smile . I do not know where this come from but in Czechia Russians smile. I think that Russia is multi-culti state - it is federation . And of course famous Russian soul which is very hard to understand . Also Russian language influenced Czech . I think that many Russians are small - not all but many of them comparing to Czechs . It is biggest country in the world with small people . First in universe . Russian is Slavic like Czech language .
