No I learn languages alone and sometimes with its native speakers

but I want to find someone to learn together To encourage each other

and make it more enjoyable

 Competition is also good and required

 but I can't find this one in my area

I usually just stick to Native Speakers, but that's a personal preference. There's absolutely merit in talking to other learners- just like in a class you interact with other students. You can help each other with grammar points and they will be inclined to be much more patient with your slow and fumbling speech. However you could pick up mistakes from them.

I'd balance it with native speakers. Other learners are great for output practice- practicing putting sentences together and saying them- but you should probably get native or near-natives for input purposes.
