The makers of Duolingo also have Tinycards -app for iOS, and you can use it also on PC. Not available for Android.
For a similar flashcards -type app for Android, I'd suggest Anki ( https://apps.ankiweb.net/ ). The Android app is free, you can use it on the web or on PC for free as well but the iOS app is a whopping 25 USD.
Both programs support basic audio files, images and text for the flashcards. Anki is uglier, but much more customizable. While there are ready-made packs, a really good way to learn a language is to create your own flashcards. This way the cards become more memorable and personal for you.
