원하다 basically is a verb for 'want'

~할게요 is for making a future tense.

But for me 원할게요 sounds a bit weird. I think it is not used in Korean language.

If you want to say that you 'will be wanting' (which also sounds strange in English)

instead of using 원하다, yon can use 바라다(hope,wish) so it will be 바랄게요. Yeah... it sounds more natural.

For example,

잘 지내길 바랄게요. I wish you take care.

1. -고 싶다

동사(verb) + -고 싶다

먹다 : 먹 + -고 싶다 -> 먹고 싶다, 먹고 싶어

만나다 : 너를 만나고 싶어

사랑하다 : 당신을 사랑하고 싶어요

2. 원하다

1) 명사(noun) + -을/를 원하다

나는 너를 원한다.

누구나 행복을 원해요

2) 동사/형용사(adjective) + -기를 원하다

가다 : 나는 네가 한국에 가기를 원한다

행복하다 : 나는 네가 행복하기를 원한다

3. -ㄹ게 : 의지/약속/보고, this is always the first person usage.

1) 의지(will) + 약속(promise):  When you promise something, it expresses your will. That is why  I explain ㄹ게 as a combination of will and promise.

* 전화하다 : 전화하 + -ㄹ게 -> 전화할게

지금 바빠. 내일 전화할게.

* 사랑하다 : 사랑하 + -게 -> 사랑할게

영원히 너만 사랑할게.

2) 보고(report)

오다 : 오 + -ㄹ게

엄마, 도서관에 갔다 올게요.

4. 원할게 : 원하다 + ㄹ게

Though it is a strange combination in terms of linguistics, it is a quite frequent usage among young generation. You can deduce its meaning from the explanations about 원하다 and -게. In this case, I might have to use the 원할게 form; "Pascale,  '원할게'의 의미를 이해하기를 원할게요."(I will/am going to want you to understand its meaning@!?%@) 

Anyway, I understand that 원할게 means 'I want something  in the future  with my ardent hope', such as;

합격하다 : 시험에 합격하기를 원할게.

행복하다 : 행복하기를 원할게.
