What is the diffrence between 'will + V' and 'will have Vp.p.'?

1)They will sell all the furniture next month.

2)They will have sold all the furniture next month.

What's the diffence between 1) and 2)? Could you please explain about it for me?

1)They will sell all the furniture next month.
----> They will sell all the furniture next month , but no idea if all furniture will be sold out next month.

2)They will have sold all the furniture next month.
----> They will sell all the furniture next month and all furniture will be sold out next month.

Example one is a fact . They plan to take everything they have and sell it .

example 2 tells us that "by the time next month arrives , all of the furniture will be gone (so better plan accordingly ,etc...)"
