Hi everyone,  . I think just by knowing or being able to read a language does not make you fluent in that particular language. To be fluent one must be able to converse well too..make use of the vocabs learnt.. And as you start conversing one gets to know more about its nuances and also about people and culture of that place, as I believe they are all interlinked. Hence  looking out  for languagepartners who can converse in Japanese.  Please let me know if anyone also interested in being a conversation/language partner.
