"Cracking knuckles"… its sound makes me feel nervous.

“From fingers and toes to necks and knees, everyone knows a “cracker." Up to 45% of people do it."

I just read an article on TIME magazine (Is Cracking Your Knuckles Bad for You?) but my point is, what do you feel when someone is doing that? Or another movement like shaking legs while they are sitting down.

If you do some of them, why? Do you like it? What do you feel?

I like to shake my legs. It suddenly happens. Sometimes, I don’t even realize that I’m doing that, but when I do I like it. For me, it’s a delicious sensation and very relaxed. I know, it comes to anxiety. My mom hates to see me doing that.

lol Very funny topic. I used to shaking my legs all the time whem I was young. I don't know why. I think I was too anxious. About what I really don't know. My husband loves craking Knucles. That kind of thing don't borrow me. I realy don't care about, but know that many people feel nervous.

Haha:)This topic was not expected but that's a nice one:) Yes, I do and I think it's our reflex action that mostly plays a role in doing so. It's kind of fun because we feel a bit relax mostly when we are in a nervous situation or maybe we do just because we are nervous but it's a bit difficult to say the exact cause why we do it. Same goes with the legs shaking. It is a reflex action and we seldom get aware of it unless someone pointed it out. That may be due to excitement, due to nervousness or maybe for no reason.

Could you please give me the link to that article?

I can't share you the link of TIME magazine, because I don't remember exactly where the article is. I think it's in the health section. Anyway, I would recommend reading article from TIME magazine, they are pretty interesting - http://time.com/ ;
