ムカつく to feel irritated or angry. 

If used among friends it means disgusting.

チャラチャラ(chara-chara) ~ something flashy (style) or somebody who blatantly flirts.

「コミュ障」（こみゅしょう）・・・

 means a person who is always a bit awkward and terrible at starting conversation, thinking too much about what to talk about with others. 

Personally,when I speak Japanese,I became a bit a コミュ障 ,,,I don't know why,but I just feel more nervous
