(I'm never quite sure if it makes a difference to someone that I am an American English speaker so I keep leading with that just in case someone prefers British English.)

I use all three on a regular basis in everyday vernacular. ☺ However, I tend to use "although" more in writing papers.

Hi Alex,

'Though', 'although', and 'even though' have slightly different meanings, and when we use them depends on the sentence. The British Council has a good explanation here: https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/en/quick-grammar/spite-despite-although

I hope that helps!

Best,

Julie
