It has around 400 thousand people.
Near my place there are lots of agricultural and manufacturing firms.
Florence has plenty of turists expecially during the nice seasons, they come and visit the monuments, churches, art galleries, builings and their architecture.

Florence is considered the birthplace of the Renaissance. This art movement let know and become famous lots of artists around the world (scientists, poets, sculptors and painters).

Italians worried about immigration issue. They have to face the increasing number of migrants arriving along the coast by boat from Lybia to Lampedusa.
In these days In Italy we’re celebrating the Carnival.
Not too far from my house there’s Viareggio, famous town for its Carnival.
Lots of children go down to the streets and celebrate Carnival dressing up masks and costumes.
The parade of floats is held on the Viareggio avenue located alongside the local beach.
