Netflix lovers let's be useful to each other !

I need suggestions on tv-series that could help me to start improving my English again. I am an advanced student, therefore you are completely free to recommend even something a bit complex.

PS: I have already watched "Sherlock", "Downton Abbey", "The Crown" ( I precise it because they are often suggested to students )

"moreover Kim Kattral has a British accent."

Kim Kattral does not have a British accent!! What on Earth made you think that? Perhaps you are confusing her with a different actress.

Here is a clip where you can hear all four of them talking and hear their North American accents.

Here she is doing an interview.

If Kim Kattral has a British accent, I'm a pineapple.    :D

There is no such verb as "to precise" in English.

"Precise" is an adjective, not a verb, so we can't say "I precise it" in English.

I suspect you mean "I specify it".

"To specify" is a verb that means to state something very precisely.

In this context, we need to use the present continuous, not the present simple.  You can say, for example: "I'm just specifying this information to avoid being given suggestions of films I've already seen."

I hope this helps. :)

As for film recommendations: it depends totally on what your own taste is. I think it would help if you specified what genres you like. One man's meat is another man's poison!

Sex and the City series created by Darren Star and produced by HBO.

I know, is not a series for all tastes, you have to be open mind and with a great sense of humor, because of the topics, but it is fun, catchy and the 4 actresses have a great diction, pronunciation and speak clearly in a typical New York accent, moreover Kim Kattral has a British accent.

I like to use the netflix originals to improve my English because there's always CC subtitles, which helps me a lot when I hear something new and I don't know how to write it or its meaning.
As I can see, you have an interesting in British English, therefore my suggestions are "Black Mirror" and "The End Of The F***ing World".
Enjoy it!
