I would say in depends on direction in medicine. Some of them need a very high quality of skills and education, as those who work with surgeon and in reanimation. About a country, I think hospital is not place for practice, that's for sure. A patient comes and he or she have to be sure in qualification of physician. Once I see academy of medicine science in Israel and how practice is going there for students. And not a surprise that medicine there Is one of the best.
