If somebody's level were C1, they would not make these sorts of basic mistakes:

 I understand you, but I  did an IELTS exam and got 7.0.

Nearly it was 7.5

I agree with all of Anne's corrections apart from the first.

Using the American spelling of practice as a verb -  as opposed to the British/Commonwealth spelling practise -  is not a crime ( or even an error). It's perfectly acceptable, even for IELTS candidates.

Both British and American conventions are accepted on IELTS exams. This is also the case for all Cambridge exams.

I also suspect that the strange words in the title (vurrent leves) are simple typos.

I expect this just to be a typo, e.g.

My vurrent leves is C1

My current level is C1

the 'c' is close to the 'v' on my US English console, and maybe the 's' and 'l' switch is using the wrong type hand, left versus right.

Turgay wants to learn English, so he/she is doing that and getting to his/her goal through making mistakes, you are actually teaching him/her, by correcting him. :)
