Your level is not C1.
A person with a C1 level would not have made the following mistakes:
Practice english with me
Practise English with me
I'm looking for someone who want learn English with me
I'm looking for someone who wants to learn English with me
Learning how to say correctly "I want to do something" or "he/she wants to do something" is basic grammar that people learn at about level A2. If you haven't learned that yet, there is no way you are C1 level. Anyone could claim to have passed this or that exam but if their standard of writing doesn't match up to their claims, they are plainly lying.
