Main aim: more friendly service , especially for the returning users

Jobs done:

⋅ analyzing data on service's users (both the results of the survey and data from Google Analytics);

⋅ consultations of the website's main aims;

⋅ creating a fully clickable prototype of the redesigned website;

⋅ testing a prototype (with users and Product Owners) & making evaluation;

⋅ cooperation with graphic designers and developers while implementing of the redesigned website.

Results: increasing the rate of conversion of returning users by 6%

Main aim: more leads (new clients) obtained by the website

⋅ discovery the insights & creating the best way to communicate with a potential clients;

⋅ creating a fully clickable prototype of the new website;

⋅ testing a prototype (with users and Product Owners) & making an evaluation;

⋅ cooperation with graphic designers and developers while implementing of the redesigned website.
