Learning Germany I want start to learn German, but I don't know How i can to start. Is There someone that could help me?

Hm, it depends on how you like to learn and what you can afford. There are a lot of people who like music, take songs in their target language, translate song texts. Some use google and learn bits by bits. Some learn some words through duolingo, memrise, 50languages as a start out. If you have netflix you can watch film. I like study books to be honest. Some Indian guy uses Netzwerk. It looked ok to me. I once read the suggestion to simply use Wikipedia and work your way through articles there. 

Maybe you find something useful?

I go by memrise/ duolingo/flash cards/ study book until my first 1000 words, then I start reading, I am not good with learning by sound, so when I can read I give the listening part a try

Para começar a aprender vocabulário, o Duolingo é excelente.

Para Gramática , gosto muito do Assimil, que a apresenta de forma gradual.

Para começar a falar, o Pimsleur é legal se você ainda não se sente confiante para falar com um nativo.

Músicas, YouTube e filmes também ajudam muito. Claro, interagir e prática constante são fundamentais. Você pode escrever aqui para ir praticando, ainda que sejam coisas básicas.
