Most of us need around eight hours of good quality
sleep a night to function properly – but some need more or less, depending on
the age, level of physical activity, general health and other individual
factors.
The best way to figure out if you're meeting your sleep needs is to evaluate how you feel as you go about your day. If you're sleeping enough hours, you'll feel energetic and alert all day long, from the moment you wake up until your regular bedtime. So what about you? How do you feel during a day? And do you feel yourself sleep deprived sometimes?
I can survive with 4, 5 hours, but i wouldn't do it unles it's realy necessary. When we reach 6 and a half to 7 hours, the day starts to get interesting. I'm finaly alive!
As the saying goes,
early to bed,
early to rise,
makes the mab healthy, wealthy and wise.
The night sleep is very important. For me 7 hours will do the best.
