I need help translating this to japanese pls helpp !

I am half japanese but i was never taught so im learning but for art class i want to include my poem on my painting but in japanese. I would really appreciate some one translating the poem below for me because i am having a hard time doing it .  It is about sleep paralysis if that helps with translating ; each line is separate but if it sounds better a different way when translated that is ok too. :))))

Trapped, I feel panicked and scared.

My body feels heavy as it comes closer .

I need to wake up.

My body is now awake but my mind is empty .

It is gone and i am alone.
