Signing sign language with one hand

Is there anyone who has experience in signing sign language with one hand? I found this video of a woman signing BSL with one hand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0l7sbIc7I1Q. And there is a woman discussing one-handed signing ASL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPyCcoaRMS8.

I'm interested in examples like the first video.

Also, are here people who can sign German Sign Language or Shanghai Sign?

Update:

I wrote a blog post about my project to learn how to use sign language with only one hand: http://lingotopia.blogspot.de/2018/03/talk-to-my-hand-learning-sign-language.html

Ok, I'm talking to myself here, but just in case, anybody is interested. Here are some other interesting links:

Another video on one-handed signing BSL: https://elisabethward04.com/2017/12/30/learning-bsl-with-one-hand/

And a great webpage for learning German Sign Language: http://www.gebaerdenlernen.de/index.php?article_id=1.

It seems that many signs in German Sign Language are one-handed anyway.
