I've seen this question asked a few times by Arabic speakers.

Rest assured that the differences between British English and American English are nowhere near as many as the differences between the different Arabic dialects. There are probably more differences between the dialects of Gulf Arabic alone than between British English and American English.

The differences between British English and American English are mostly in the accents. Arabic speakers often don't know the difference between an accent and a dialect. Accents are the ways people pronounce things. There are some differences in grammar and vocabulary, but they're minimal, and pretty much everyone can understand everyone else.

It’s small and trivial. There are occasional  spelling difference, some minor grammatical differences here and there that are very easy to get used to, and a few words that are different but easy and fast to learn. English is a fairly homogenous language due to historical and political developments. 

I agree Abdullah about the differences between UK English and American English. The differences are trivial and ease for the native speakers of either to adapt to. Again, that’s because English is a very homogenous language, meaning it’s relatively uniform, probably due to political reasons since Britain was once an enormous polictical power internationally. That’s unfortunately  receded and has been replaced due to American influence, but I have no problem understanding anyone when I’m I the UK, and I’m from California. And I frankly couldn’t care less about the spelling differences. So it‘s „colour“ in the UK And „color“ in the US? No one cares. 

اللغة الانجليزية وخاصتا في بريطانيا سختلف من منطقة الى منطقة، لكن السمه العامة للانجليزي البريطاني الذي يدرس في المعاهد والانجليزي الامريكي بالاضافة للاسترالي والكندي متقارب واتقان احدهما كافي للتحدث باللغة الانجليزية بشكل عالمي.
في سابق كان لي احد رفقاء السكن بريطاني وقال لي بالحرف الواحد لهجته الام غير مفهومة في العديد من المدن الانجليزية من رغم انه لندني ولكن من منطقة لا اذكر اسمها الان، وقال لو انه يستخدمها معايا في الحديث لن افهم شىء، بالاضافة لوجود حرف الخاء في لهجة سكان ليفربول، فمثلا تشكن تنطق تشخن، لكن بصفة عامة اعتقد الاختلافات الموجودة في بريطانيا بين المدن لاتوجد في امريكيا او باقي الدول الناطقة باللغة الانجليزية.
السؤال الاهم في راي ايهما اسهل للتعلم الانجليزي الامريكي او البريطاني من ناحية النطق بالنسبة للعرب؟

مثل ما قلتلك، فيه اختلافات بس الاختلافات بسيطة ومعظمها فالنطق. يعني اللغة الإنجليزية مو نفس العربية مع لهجاتها المتعددة اللي فيها اختلافات لدرجة غير الفهم
