I'm talking about a technical problem. There are people who study Japanese and available for exchange, and I'm interested in exchange. You shouldn't say 'You don't have money, huh?' just because I'm not looking for professional teachers. And I'm not talking about finding actually partners, but about the search not functioning as before.

 I could see many people on the list before and now I see one person per city, that is not very realistic. 

I suspect it's just that people aren't specifying their city.

There's aren't enough people who log in to italki frequently for there to be dozens in each city. That, and more than half the people don't specify a city. I'm guessing that's the more likely explanation than it being a bug.
