@ Anton...I head to school.  To head to a place means to go in that direction...but you may not actually arrive there.

Sorry to make this complicated, but slang varies from place to place. Slang used in New York will not be the same in Texas.

Hello, Alex!

There are many words and expressions used as a slang, and they differ from region to region.

I can give several examples of American slang that have caught recently.

To be a woke means to be aware what is going on in public, political life about all the hype events.

Lit is adjective which is used to say extraordinary cool and fun. If a person is lit it means he's drunk.

The last night party was so lit!
