I would know why is very hard to find someone that want to learn Portuguese and can help me with English

I'm Brazilian and I've been studying English for 2 years. I'm doing classes here to improve my English, but sometimes I just want to talk to people from other country to know about the culture and habits. I really like to talk and make new friends. I have no problem with teach Portuguese and it would be a pleasure for me. 

My idea is find someone to talk on WhatsApp because we dont need to schedule to do it. I'm married, I'm not looking for go abroad and I dont need to favors in other country. Just a friend to talk about everything and make language exchange.
