I can't help with a partner, but here are the resources I use:

- Assimil (good for day-to-day conversation) - beginner/intermediate and advanced levels available

- Pimsleur (good for generic work-related conversation)

- Radio France International (RFI) - both the site and the app. They have a Français Facile news cast, which I find helpful, and you can also read along with the transcript here: https://savoirs.rfi.fr/fr/apprendre-enseigner/langue-francaise/journal-en-francais-facile (they have other newscasts as well of course - France, Afrique, Monde... just not "facile" and not with the transcripts!)

- Anki (make or download decks of flashcards)

- Talk to tutors on italki a lot :)
