According to you, what do you thing about racist people? What can be the cause?
Thanks in advance
I think that racism is, sadly, a very natural reaction to foreign people. We're afraid of the unknown, especially when it intrudes our comfort zone; we have this animalistic instinct to defend our realm and this will get even worse in the future with the fight over resources, above them all water.
Why do racists think that they are superior? This gives them justification that they deserve more power and more resources. Basically, we are animals fighting for survival. And only the survival of our kind. The fewer people we include in our group the more resources for us.
Why does racism still exist, even though we should know better? Because many people just don't have any personal contact with people from other social groups, i.e. other races, cultures or religions. People who live in their own bubble, surrounded only by people who are like them and grow up listening only to prejudices and hatred about our groups, just don't know better.

How can we fight racism? Firstly, we should start with ourselves. We might say "I'm not a racist" but often there is a big "but" because secretly there is another social group that we secretly despise. We justify this by thinking "Well, they are really stupid/criminal/not trustworthy etc. It's just stating a fact, not a prejudice." No, re-think. Realise that there are good and bad people everywhere and basically we are all the same. We are just "people". Secondly, educate others. Don't just think "stupid racist", but try to educate the other person who might just not know it better. Be an example. Be open-minded also to the ones who seem to be racist. If you don't educate them, then maybe nobody will.
Racism is disgusting, I just don’t know why racists think that they are superior!!
I believe that each and every human being is unique and deserves to be treated with respect and derserves equal rights just like anyone else.
I hate that.
