It seems the two lines are supposed to go together.
- 마주할 수 있다는 것만으로도 감사해. 같은 하늘 아래 오늘 같은 날에.
== (너와) 마주할 수 있다는 것만으로도 감사해. 같은 하늘 아래 오늘 같은 날에.
=> I am grateful just to be able to see you face to face. Under the same sky on a day like this.
(or as one sentence)
- 같은 하늘 아래 오늘 같은 날에 마주할 수 있다는 것만으로도 감사해.
or 오늘 같은 날에 같은 하늘 아래 마주할 수 있다는 것만으로도 감사해. (probably more natural)
=> I am grateful just to see you standing before me under the same sky on a day like this.
