I'm beginner in English (A1speaking/understanding) and I'm Shy but I want to improve it
I work in customer relationship and i need to improve my english if i want to support more important clients

Your English isn't A1. It is at least intermediate lvl.

it's more easy for me to write but it's more difficult to speak and it's again more difficult to understand
