I'm thinking about applying for Australian working holiday visa

can anyone share some real information (reality) with me? 

(ex. life style, working environment, society..... etc)

brief introduction of myself

I'd study and worked in CA for a year

most of jobs I'd experienced were hospitality- and administration-related

but my background is about biotech, medical research

I don't think my English level is good enough, and I'm still improving it.

except agricultural jobs, how many chances can I get a well-paid offer (above minimum wage )
