how do you say ... one thing I know, one thing is sure ?
I want to say "une chose est sûre". Does "one thing I know" or "one thing is sure" sounds natural?

One thing I'm sure sounds better but you could use one thing's for sure or better one thing is certain

Don't say one thing I'm sure that sounds off. I think one thing is sure and one thing I know both sound natural.
