If you need to understand and communicate in English about engineering issues at a professional level, then I recommend focusing first on reaching an upper-intermediate level of GENERAL English.  You can be more sure if this is good advice if you now find it really tiring just to read a few paragraphs of technical English.

Juan, I think I will be able to help you. I have some books with vocabulary related to engineering.

Let me know if you would like to try one of my tutoring classes.

You should be more precise Juan. Each technical field has its specific vocabulary, which could be find in the libraries, or some book-shops.

well, as far as im concern being a student there is no TECHNICAL ENGLISH exist in this world. I think you are talking about BUSINESS ENGLISH which is not far different from the common general purpose English. But in Business English we generally are being taught more about ethics and system of an organization and if you are good with English then BUSINESS ENGLISH would not be a PAIN IN NECK.
