Having read several of Timur's earlier posts, I am of the opinion that Timur is an online robot trying to learn how to distinguish cats from dogs. Just like how Google ReCaptcha shows up here and there all the time asking us to select the tiles related to a given picture, Timur is just collecting data from us humans for the same reason.
